Training and Coaching
To mobilize God’s women in ministry, we offer training and coaching to help them clarify their calling, define their ministry, and develop their skills as speakers and writers.
We aim to make training and coaching accessible, keeping fees affordable, and actively fundraising for coaching scholarships.
Biblical Teaching
Spearheaded by our president and lead minister, Shala W. Graham is an uncompromised voice for change, challenging God’s people to live a life that courageously chases their calling in Jesus.
Shala is an entrepreneur and pastor who preaches the Word of God locally and across the United States at churches and conferences. She writes curriculum for national ministries and biblical-rooted devotionals for our ministry. She is also a writer for Encouragement for Today Devotions with Proverbs 31 Ministries.
Retreats and Events
God designed us to live in community with other believers. We plan events to help strengthen our one-another relationships.
Our signature event is our annual Called and Worthy Retreat, where women get away for an intimate experience with God and fellow sisters in Christ.

Missions
Our heart is to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the poor around the world, loving them in practical ways as we share the good news of Jesus.
Whether we are organizing a mission trip or gathering resources to support ministry work across the globe, we invite you to partner with us.
We especially have a heart for the Philippines, the homeland of Shala’s mother. She has served on two mission trips to the Philippines, sponsors three children there through Compassion International, and maintains a relationship with a local pastor whom we purchased a vehicle for their ministry as our 2020 missions project.
